Prefabricated timber-frame house built to architect’s design and fabricated in Austria. The site is located in an established housing estate and the house located to maximise east-west aspect of a long narrow site. Very low U-value construction heating is by bored geothermal heat pump, supplying underfloor heating to both floors.
