Our varied programme includes diverse projects from Mutton Island Lighthouse, the Marine Institute to the Harbour Company Offices and the Poor Clare’s Convent. Contemporary sustainable house extension feature reflecting the current trend of extending the family home in favour of uprooting and relocation.
We are particularly delighted to feature a major Architectural Exhibition, “Architecture at the Edge”, which displays the best of design along the western seaboard. This exhibition returns from Venice, where it was enthusiastically received and reviewed. Open House Galway is a family event and also includes a children’s workshop – “Architecture shapes all our lives from the cradle onward …..”
